  • ►PRIOR TO LEASE-UP, PLEASE ESTABLISH SERVICE WITH ALL REQUIRED UTILITIES FOR YOUR APARTMENT. (PEPCO/WASHINGTON GAS). ACCOUNT NUMBERS WILL BE REQUIRED BEFORE THE KEYS ARE ISSUED.
  • ►ALL RENTAL PAYMENTS ARE DUE ON THE 1ST DAY OF THE MONTH. 
  • ►ABSOLUTELY NO DOGS, ESPECIALLY PIT BULLS PERMITTED, UNLESS AUTHORIZED BY THE LANDLORD. IF YOU HAVE A SUPPORT ANIMAL, PLEASE PROVIDE A COPY OF THE REQUIRED LEGAL DOCUMENTATION DURING LEASE-UP.
  • ►THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR LOITERING IN THE HALLWAYS.
  • ►DO NOT FLUSH NAPKINS, RAGS OR SANITARY NAPKINS DOWN THE TOILET.
  • ►ABSOLUTELY NO GARBAGE SHOULD BE LEFT IN THE HALLWAYS. TENANTS WILL BE FINED $75.00 FOR EACH INSTANCE.
  • ►THERE IS NO OVERCROWDING. ONLY THE INDIVIDUALS ON YOUR LEASE ARE PERMITTED TO RESIDE IN YOUR UNIT.
  • ►IF YOU HAVE A MAINTENANCE ISSUE PLEASE CALL 202-621-8487 TO SCHEDULE SERVICE. PLEASE ALLOW 24-48 HOURS FOR RESPONSE.
  • ►ONLY THE LESSEE CAN CALL THE OFFICE FOR SERVICE REQUESTS.
  • ►PLEASE KEEP ANY/ALL NOISE DOWN AFTER 8PM. THOSE OF YOU ON THE TOP FLOORS PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF THE TENANTS ON THE BOTTOM LEVELS.
  • ►FOR YOUR SAFETY PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE THE FRONT DOOR OPEN.
  • ►LOCKOUTS- IF YOU LOSE YOUR KEYS AFTER BUSINESS HOURS, YOU MUST CONTACT A LOCKSMITH AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE.

  • ►YOUR UNIT MUST REMAIN CLEAN AND SANITARY DURING YOUR TENANCY. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN EVICTION. PERIODIC INSPECTIONS MAY TAKE PLACE.
