AlphaOmega Properties, LLC was founded in 2005 by Jamaal S. Claggion, Ph.D., who is the Managing Member. Dr. Claggion has managed and developed several multi-family properties in the Washington, DC area over the past 20 years. He earned his Bachelors of Arts from Virginia State University in Petersburg, Virginia; His Masters in Public Administration from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York and his Doctorate in Sociology from Howard University in Washington, DC.
